USAGE GUIDE
Before You Enter
- Remove shoes.
- Wear swimwear (no nudity). If planning to plunge in the sea, take slip on shoes to walk down the shore.
- Sit on a towel (bring your own).
- Remove jewellery/metal items (they heat up and can burn).
- Recommended: rinse off before use.
- Use of the sauna is at your own risk.
- Staff may refuse entry if safety rules are not followed.

During Your Session
- Bring water and sip regularly, stay well hydrated after.
- Max 6 people inside at once.
- Max session length: 15 minutes.
- Temperature should not exceed 90 degrees
- Do not touch the stove, flue, or fire guards.
- To add steam: use the ladle carefully, slowly pouring water on stones from far side.
- Respect others: quiet voices, no disruptive behaviour. Please only ladle water from the bucket provided – do not put sea water on the hot stones.
Prohibited
- Shoes inside the sauna.
- Alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping.
- Glass containers or food inside.
- Drinks other than water.
- Essential oils without permission.
- Entering if unwell, dizzy, or intoxicated.
Emergencies
- If you feel unwell: leave sauna immediately, cool down, hydrate.
- Fire: evacuate at once, call 999 if needed.
- First aid kit available on site.
